Coastguard helicopter call sign "Victor Alpha" paid a visit to MRCC Swansea on Wednesday for a press day to highlight safety around the coast of the UK. After a winching exercise with the MCA Falcon the helicopter put down in Bracelet bay car park allowing members of the public to have a look around the plane and meet the crew (as featured on the BBC TV documentary "Danger on the Beach" ). Before giving the crews of Port Talbot and Mumbles Coastguard teams a quick flight around the bay. HTV news will be featuring the day on what we think will be their six o clock news programme anytime soon.
